 Shana Pennington-Baird, Executive Director, has over 14 years of experience working in the arts in Seattle, Washington. Organizations she has worked with include the Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center, Book-It Repertory Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Mystery Café, Cabaret Productions, Red and Me Productions, Renton Civic Theatre, the Rainier Symphony, Studio East, Storybook Theatre, Allied Arts of Renton, and Arts Unlimited. With an extremely high success rate for grants and in-kind donations, she has also received the Business Excellence Award for outstanding commitment to the community in Renton from the Renton Chamber of Commerce.
